What data source does LorryCare use?

What is a FASTag search?

A FASTag search shows you the last toll plaza a truck crossed, along with the date, time and direction of travel. This data comes from the national FASTag toll collection network via ULIP.

How do I search for a vehicle?

Select "FASTag Search" on the home page, enter the vehicle registration number (e.g. MH12AB1234) and click Search. Make sure you have sufficient credits in your account.

Why is there no data for my vehicle?

There can be several reasons — the vehicle may not have a FASTag, the FASTag may be inactive, the vehicle may not have crossed any toll in the last 72 hours, or ULIP servers may be temporarily unavailable. No credits are deducted if no data is returned.

How old is the FASTag data?

FASTag data from ULIP covers the last 72 hours of toll crossings. If a truck has not crossed any toll in the last 72 hours, no data will be shown.

What does the direction N, S, E, W mean?

Accepted Answer

It indicates the direction the truck was travelling when it crossed the toll — North, South, East or West. This helps you understand which way the truck was headed.

Can I track a vehicle in real time?

FASTag data is updated every time a truck crosses a toll. It is not GPS tracking — it shows you the last toll crossing, not the current live location. For continuous monitoring, we are building a Fleet Watch subscription feature.

What is an E-Way Bill search?

An E-Way Bill search shows you the vehicle number, shipment route (from and to pincode), validity, status (active or cancelled) and all vehicle updates for a given 12-digit E-Way Bill number.

How many digits is an E-Way Bill number?

Accepted Answer

An E-Way Bill number is always exactly 12 digits. LorryCare only accepts 12-digit numbers for E-Way Bill searches.

What does ACT and CNL status mean?

Accepted Answer

ACT means the E-Way Bill is Active and valid for movement of goods. CNL means it has been Cancelled. If an E-Way Bill is cancelled, the goods cannot be moved under that bill.

Why does my E-Way Bill show no vehicle number?

Part B of the E-Way Bill (vehicle details) may not have been updated yet by the transporter. Once the transporter updates the vehicle number on the GST portal, it will appear in LorryCare results.

What are Tracking Credits?

Tracking Credits are LorryCare's prepaid currency. 1 credit = 1 FASTag search. 2 credits = 1 E-Way Bill search. You buy credits in advance and they are deducted when you search.

No — your credits never expire. They stay in your account until you use them.

What happens if ULIP is down and I get no data?

If ULIP servers are unavailable or return no data, zero credits are deducted from your account. You are only charged when actual data is returned.

We accept all UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm etc.), credit cards, debit cards and net banking via Cashfree Payments — a trusted Indian payment gateway.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Credits are non-refundable as per our Terms & Conditions. However since credits never expire you can use them at any time.

Can I get a GST invoice for my purchase?

Yes. Update your GSTIN in your Profile page and you will receive monthly GST invoices on your email. You can also download invoices anytime from your dashboard.

Yes! You can transfer credits to any registered LorryCare user by entering their mobile number. This is useful for fleet owners who want to top up accounts for their branch managers across India.

How do I register on LorryCare?

Simply enter your mobile number on the login page and verify via OTP. No email or password required. Registration is instant and free — you even get 10 welcome credits.

I did not receive my OTP. What should I do?

Check if your mobile number is correct. Wait 30 seconds and try again. If your number is on DND, transactional SMS may be blocked — contact your telecom provider to whitelist transactional messages.

Can I use LorryCare on multiple devices?

Yes. Your account is tied to your mobile number. Login on any device with OTP and your credits and history are all there.

How do I update my company details for GST invoice?

Go to Profile page → fill in your Company Name, Address and GSTIN → click Save Profile. Your details will be used for all future invoices.
