1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on LorryCare, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
LorryCare provides vehicle tracking information sourced from the official ULIP platform by the Government of India. The service is provided on a prepaid credit basis. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of data as it depends on government data sources.
3. Tracking Credits
Credits are prepaid and non-refundable. Credits never expire. Credits can only be used on the LorryCare platform and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. If ULIP servers are unavailable and no data is returned, no credits will be deducted.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a double payment, please contact us within 48 hours at support@lorrycare.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue. Refunds are issued only at our sole discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
LorryCare is intended for legitimate business and personal use for tracking vehicles and shipments. You may not use our platform for any illegal purpose, to harass individuals, or to track vehicles without lawful authority. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found misusing the platform.
6. Data Accuracy
Vehicle tracking data is sourced from ULIP and reflects FASTag toll crossing records. Data may be delayed or unavailable due to network issues, government server downtime or FASTag system maintenance. LorryCare is not responsible for decisions made based on the data provided.
7. Account Security
Your account is tied to your mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your mobile number secure. LorryCare uses OTP-based authentication and does not store passwords.
8. Limitation of Liability
LorryCare and Onewhistle Marketplace Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
