1. Information We Collect

We collect your mobile number when you register. Optionally, you may provide your name, email address, company details and GSTIN for invoice purposes. We also collect your search queries (vehicle numbers and E-Way Bill numbers) and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your mobile number is used solely for OTP-based login authentication. Search data is used to provide results and maintain your search history. Your email is used to send invoices if you have provided a GSTIN. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on secure cloud servers. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Search history is retained for 12 months.

4. Tracking Credits and Payments

Payment transactions are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card or UPI details. Transaction records including amount, credits purchased and GST details are retained for accounting and GST compliance purposes.

5. Cookies

LorryCare uses localStorage (browser storage) to keep you logged in across sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Vehicle Data

Vehicle tracking data displayed on LorryCare is sourced from the official ULIP platform by Government of India. This data is publicly accessible through official channels. We do not store vehicle location data beyond what is shown in your search results.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@lorrycare.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
